Rent Appraisal

Before we entrust our landlords properties with a tenant, we ensure their integrity and reliability through our stringent reference checking process.


Tenancy Agreement


We will prepare an easy to read legal agreement which complies with current legislation and sets out the rights and obligations of both parties, including any special terms that have been agreed. Unless you instruct us otherwise our standard form will be used.


Deposit Holding


We will collect and hold for the duration of the tenancy, six weeks rent as security deposit on your behalf. will register the details of the deposit and the two parties listed on the Tenancy Agreement with a government approved Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. At the end of the tenancy we will arrange for the deposit to be returned to the tenant subject to any deductions for the cost of works attributed to the tenant based on the discrepancies highlighted in the inventory reports
